What are your prices?

We do not post any set prices because each pet is different. It is difficult to quote a price without first assessing a pet’s size, condition and type of coat, and their temperament. We base the price’s of our services on the amount of time that we spend caring for each individual pet . For example, a geriatric pet or a behaviorally challenged pet will require more time and extra hands. Any estimate given is only a estimate, exact prices cannot be determined untillyour pet is complete. Our add on services such as the Amazing De-shedding service, Teeth Brushing and Medicated baths require extra time with your pet as well as specialized products. The quality of our services and the individualized care for your pet is reflected in our prices.

What if I am late to pick up my pet?

Your pet will be happiest if you are there to pick them up soon after we have let you know that they are ready. We understand that lives and schedules are not always that accommodating. Also, we prefer your pet be picked up as soon as possible so that we may provide services for more pets. All pets should be picked up by our closing times of 5:30pm or 3:00pm on Saturdays. A late fee of $20.00 will be charged for pets picked up after 5:30 pm or 3:00pm on Saturdays. We may also charge this fee per hour that you are late to pick up your pet.

What can I expect when I arrive for my first Visit?

Plan some extra time for potty walk and some paperwork. We ask that upon arrival, you and “Scruffy” take a walk in the grassy area to potty. They will normally “ go” even if they went at home, Even though your pet may have been walked before you arrive they are often so excited to visit us that they require additional attention.  Taking this extra time can prevent accidents and to help decrease the time your pet is here.   We will have some paperwork for you to fill out, you can down load some of these forms and fill them out and bring them with you for your appointment.  Once we have learned a little about your pet we will discuss what services you are wanting and what grooming styles will suit you and your pet’s lifestyle.

Can I leave my pet all Day?

No, in efforts to alleviate as much stress as possible for your pet, we ask that you pick up your pet when we call you. Unfortunately, we do not have space for Daycare or Boarding! Thank you for understanding!
